Vintage C. Baker of London #42682 microscope in original beechwood carry case

In it's original carry box, made of beech, with a soft plastic coated steel handle, and has a lock but no key. The inside of the box has two slide out wooden'trays' at the top sides, one for specimen pots, the other for top lenses, there are only two pots there and two lenses there, with another one in the top of the microscope. The microscope looks all complete, the move-able parts move well, and is in a good condition. An ex/ laboratory piece I would say. A nice display piece, and is very heavy indeed. The box measures 26 cm deep by 23 cm width by 38.5 cm tall. And weighs with the scope inside a whopping 11.75k.
