For sale here is this vintage set of 5 original old school teaching aid models of geometric crystal shapes. Made in the Czech Republic around the 1950's. This decorative vintage geometry model set consists of 5 Crystal model pieces, 1 hexagonal cylinder 1 rhomboid 1 dodecahedron 2 pyramids. They made from black plastic panels with some red edges to hi-light certain angles.

They would have been used to either teach solid geometry and the formation of crystals or to help art students with geometric shape visualization. No longer used in school they now make fantastic decorative items. Geometric shapes have long been a staple of the interior designers tool kit. They are understated, simple yet very stylish.

They are all in very good condition. Obviously this item is not new, it has been used in classrooms so there may be some cosmetic wear, check all photos carefully.
