Rare Antique ww1 Galvanometer IV Year 1915 military
From my Royal Engineers Tunnelling Companies collection, this being a WW1 Tunneller's Electrical Line Testing Kit, a Galvanometer, for the wiring leading to the laid explosive charges. The testing and maintenance of such electrical wiring obviously being a crucial part the mine exploding process. The kit is quality wood and brass affair made by Muirhead and co ltd, and dated 1915. The Galvanometer itself is in very good condition.
