The B and L catalogs from that time refer to this as the CD8 set (or catalog code "Cdoch"), with its two original oculars or eyepieces (1" [25mm], and 2" [50mm]) and three objective lenses (2/3" [16mm], 1/6" [4.2mm], and 1/12 [2mm] oil immersion), advanced round mechanical stage with fine calibration for a wide variety of scientific applications, and sub-stage condenser unit, all very nicely preserved and protected in the original polished wood case with original key. Additionally, it comes with an extra eyepiece (1 1/2 [37mm]). What you see in the pics is exactly what you get! In excellent used yet never abused condition, stunning overall, clean and complete and fully functional! For savvy collectors of the finest rare antique scopes and other scientific instruments, this one is an absolute treasure!
