Large Antique Daemon Schmid LOGA 24m Cylindrical Calculator Slide Rule c. The drum itself measures 59cm long x 17cm diameter so the calculator makes for an imposing display piece. This example is offered in nice cleaned condition. Please see photos but the original protective wooden cover had a bunch of restoration done including newer sides, a few edge chips reveneered. Because the top wood was obviously fragile the sides are shaped to them leading to slightly leaning arches rather than fully upright.

However the lid still fits fine. The unusual underneath roller chart (in German) has been partly double backed where it had grown frail. One Bakelite knob also has some damage. Since these larger drum calculators are now desirable survivors, it is good that everything is still present. Approximate dimensions with lid on: 70cm long x 24cm deep x 23cm high.
