John Russell was the Royal Barometer maker to his Royal Highness the Prince Regent. The case is made from Mahogany and is cross banded in fruitwood on the edges of the main body of the Barometer. The case has a good patina with an oval Mahogany cistern cover. There is a trade label on the back which adds to its character. It seems to be in good working order.
It is 39 inches in height to the top of the brass wall fixture. Please study the pictures, I have tried to include as much detail as possible. The Barometer could be collected or delivered, please message me for more details.
