Evershed and Vignoles Duplux Quick Response Recorder Type QU/RDI SERIAL 788-931

This superb vintage piece of test equipment is called a "Quick Response Recorder" and was made in London by Evershed & Vignoles Ltd. This is thought to date from the 1950's period. Not really sure what it does but a search on google does come up with one of these and the chap has done a very descriptive write up on it, so worth a look. This is a large and heavy piece and measures 17.5 x 11.4 x 7 inches and weighs nearly 16.5Kgs!
