"Ecliptoglass" antique total sun eclipse viewer. Printed by the Journal & North Star newspaper in 1927, advertised price 6d.

The ecliptoglass comes in its original envelope. Condition is very good with some age wear, please see the pictures. There is what appears to be a wax seal mark on the front of the envelope, top right corner.

The "plastic viewer" part is intact and not coming loose. It is a very scarce piece of solar eclipse and newspaper ephemera.
