Original mahogany case which houses a number of lenses etc, as photographed. Good, antique condition with light wear consistent with its age, but no damage or repairs to the microscope. (Replaced panel to side of box, see photos). This is a fine example of its type. Please see the photos for condition and type.

The microscope measures approx 12 inches (300mm) tall, when extended, and 9 3/4 inches (250mm) when closed up. The instrument has rack and pinion focusing which needs attention (see photos). Illumination is provided by an adjustable mirror beneath the stage. It comes complete with its original mahogany case which houses a number of lenses etc, as photographed.
