Collection of 11 Antique Paper-covered Prepared Microscope Slides

This listing is for a very interesting set of 11 antique paper-covered prepared microscope slides of varied insect, plant and histology mounted specimens. The specimens are annotated and some of the descriptions are a little worn and hard to make out, although most are legible. The slides are all of a bespoke size of 5.5cm x 1.5cm. As ever with antique prepared slides there is some minor yellowing/crazing of the mounting medium on some of the slides, but this is generally minor and they're still in pretty good usable condition offering a fascinating insight into the world of the very small.
