Cambridge DECADE BRIDGE TYPE RESISTANCE TESTER No. Appears to be in excellent condition with some scuffs to the outer box but all dials and gauges in very good order. Leather handle is broken, otherwise everything else is complete. There is no charge in the battery, and I doubt it would hold charge either.
