This is an exceptional instrument - either very lightly used or wonderfully restored. This transit has an 8.5 inch main scope and a 7 inch auxiliary scope. The auxiliary scope can either be mounted on top or on the side, with the counterweight being opposite of where the the scope is mounted. The transit reads to one minute.
All the levels have liquid. The optics are nice with crosshairs on both scopes and stadia wires on the main scope. The transit lacks its box, tripod, and caps for the scopes. The pictures show everything that is included.
