The protractor is graded with two engraved scales, calibrated for Cordes, Solides, boulets, Poligones, plans, pieces -- 3 7/8 long, the lacquered- brass half protractor, signed Meurand quai de l'Horloge, Paris. The name of the maker is engraved in flamboyant style.
It measures approximately 2.6 x 3.8 inches. It is hand engraved with inner and outer scales. The outer edges are tapered.
