Antique book keeping / adding machine, Burroughs, c. 1919, with original stand
This is a scarce book keeping / adding machine manufactured by the. It has its original stand, on castors, with collapsible paper tray, writing table and paper cartridge, and is driven by an electric motor. Operates via a metal crank at the side. The motor isn't wired up so we don't know whether it works but it seeems to be in good condition. There is some rusting and scratches as you would expect for its age, and the writing table in particular has missing paint.
Nice clear logos on bevelled glass front etc. Frame stamped'Made in USA'. Measures 1.02 m tall, 55 cm wide (with table folded down) and about 70 cm deep.
