Comes with the original box with 2 slide out shelfs for the lenses. Box does show minor wear due to age and storage.

The two shelfs are full of lenses each spot is full. Has the key for the box. Just the box is worth it.

Box exterior size 8" deep 6 1/4" wide and 14 tall. Microscope Not sure how old it is. The knobs do move without issues.
