Antique 1880 Autoclave 50 Lbs Large 35¨ Pharmacy Apothecary Firewood Sterilizer

Extremely rare and antique autoclave. Pharmacy or apothecary sterilizer made during the end of XIX century. Made in bronze, copper and iron. This device is untested, however chamber has no rust, holes or lines. This autoclave is extremely rare because it is incredibly early.

The features that indicate this apparatus is so old is that it has been made for firewood use, it has the cover and screws completely made in bronze, it has three massive lions claws ornamentation (made in iron or bronze), numbered screws (usually used in devices from second half of XIX century) and a weight valve system usually used in early autoclaves (you only need to put a small cylinder and a weight to complete system - very easy to resolve - see last picture). Really historical device for a museum. Impressive and antique piece for demanding collectors.
