1940's VENNER Time Switches Stop Watch Type No. A 19 / S. T. D. Initials WORKING

This is a vintage 300 SECONDS Recording stopwatch signed on the white enamel dial VENNER TIME SWITCHES Ltd. It has the initials S.

Engraved onto the back nickel case. Hinge open the back case and you see the inner dust cover, sharp knife to open this is the correct way and you see the movement.

VENNER TIME SWITCHES LTD No. 23466 - 11 ELEVEN JEWELS - 1 ONE ADJUSTMENT - SPARE PARTS IN HERE SWISS MADE. Very clean movement, notice it is a small balance wheel for the size of the movement. I have been unable to find out what these S.

Looks like it's in good working condition. Serial number on the movement is 3364. Crown wind, and you lightly depress the crown to start the movement, lightly depress it again and it stops it and lightly depress it again and it flies back to the RED 0 position every time.

Top small dial is marked 0 - 250 seconds. Has seen very little use I would have said as its all really nice and clean. Comes in its original box also branded Venner Time Switches Ltd. Condition report: Normal signs of age and use wear including some surface scuffs and minor impact marks etc. The case has some wear on the outer edges and corners. X 81.5mm tall including the suspension loop x 18mm deep and it weighs approx. My stock ref: #LVT/71223/LVT/50 in pocket watches department.
