This is a Nice Antique Spencer Microscope with Wood Carrying Case. The base has a serial number of 27633 on it. The Microscope Has three Spencer lenses installed on the rotation dial. There is one top lens, 6X Installed and another top lens 3X in the box.

In addition there are 2 more lenses in the case, C. There are also 3 Lens Storage cases in the storage compartmentAll the Knobs seem to be working. There is some loss of finish, oxidation to the brass and black enamel plating.

The lenses are all intact, and they do need a good cleaning. The microscope is about 12 tall with the lenses down to viewing platform. The wood case is 13.75" tall, by 7.25" across, by 8.5 wide. The wooden box joints are dovetailed together. The door is securely attached to the case by it's brass hinge, lock and key.
