VINTAGE, 1950's PLASTER MODELS OF CELL DEVELOPMENT OF FROG OR TOAD BY FLATTERS & GARNET. A rare opportunity to acquire this set of hand made and hand painted plaster models studying the development of the amphibian from one cell through to the fully developed creature. Each model is mounted on a wooden base and numbered from 1 to 30 - (number 7 & 12 are missing). This is the most complete set that I have encountered in many years.

Condition: generally excellent some have sustained minor damage and a few have been repaired - this is an "honest" set that are clearly been used for teaching over the past 70 years.
